What is this?
The New Orleans Red Dress Run is an annual 2-mile charity "run" hosted by the New Orleans Hash House Harriers (NOH3) where participants, both locals and visitors, dress in red attire, typically dresses, and enjoy a day of socializing, a leisurely run (or walk), and a post-run party with food, drinks, and music.
